In doing this, it is imperative that any barriers to student learning also be addressed. The Student Services Department is comprised of professionals whose expertise lies in removing barriers to mental and physical well being and academic success. We have adopted a comprehensive plan that raises the bar for student achievement within a safe learning environment and prepares each and every child to be successful as global citizens in the 21st Century. Winslow is married and has two daughters.Derry Township School District’s Student Services Team is committed to providing for the health, safety, and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors. Winslow completed her doctoral program in Educational Leadership in January of 2010 from Immaculata University.
Winslow holds a bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education from Elizabethtown College and a Masters Degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State University. 2018, on our consideration of Derry Township School Districts internal control over financial reporting and on our tests of its compliance with certain provisions of laws, regulations, contracts, and grant agreements and other matters. Winslow is passionate about curriculum and the power it has to level the playing field and enrich the learning opportunities presented to students. Since coming to Derry Township, Winslow has been focused on meeting students’ needs through differentiated professional learning, with an emphasis on a district conference experience and instructional coaching. Winslow spent 20 years at Manheim Township School District where she taught Middle School and High School Social Studies before moving into administration. Previously, she was principal at Hershey Middle School for two years. Winslow began her tenure as Assistant to the Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment with the start of the 2014-2015 School Year
